Shipping & Delivery Policy
The delivery address for the item(s) shall follow a per transaction basis. You need to provide the corresponding correct and complete address where the item(s) should be delivered. Deliveries are limited to Metro Manila only for our initial launch. It covers 16 cities namely Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Quezon City, Marikina, Pasig, Taguig, Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pasay, Paranque, Las Pinas and Muntinglupa.
Orders can be expected 2-3 working days after validation of payment. Order taking from our website can be done 24/7! While processing of orders are done from Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Holiday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
If you are not available to personally receive your package, you may designate atleast one (1) authorized recipient in the Shipping Information page. Please note that in all circumstances, the recipient is required to sign a waybill as confirmation of receipt and proof of delivery we reserve the right to request for a valid ID to ensure safekeeping of your package. All items included in the purchase and as stated in the invoice should be accepted.
