We can only accept exchanges for items missing upon delivery, wrong items delivered, items that are damaged upon receipt, or items with production related defects.
All claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of delivery.
Take a photo of the item delivered with delivery receipt.
Items for replacement can only be exchanged for the same item or an item of equivalent value.
Items should be unused or undamaged
